Our Team - At Dogcity we’re dog-lovers, that’s a given, but did you know we have a team of highly trained, skilled staff made up of Veterinarians, Vet Nurses, Animal Science graduates, Animal studies graduates, ethical dog breeders, canine Acupuncturists, groomers and dog-obsessed superstars!

Viewing Rooms - Transparency is important to us; our facilities are fun and force-free. At each of our facilities we have specific viewing areas so that you can watch the fun, action and play.

Canine Enrichment Officers - These pawsome people work within each of our facilities and their jobs are simply to enrich the lives of the dogs we care for. Think bubbles, ball pits, cuddles, treats, scent work, puzzles, snuffle mats, games, tennis balls and so much more!

Relaxation Time - During our ‘Daily Doggy Relaxation’ time all of our dogs are encouraged to slow down, sit and in some cases, nap. Not all dogs come hard-wired with the ability to self regulate their emotions unless they are taught to do so. At Dogcity, we ‘teach’ this through providing our pups with consistency and routine.

State Of The Art Flooring - Our vinyl epoxy flooring is the highest quality, non-slip, non-porous flooring available. We picked this floor speciaifcally so that there would be no residule germs or dirt hanging around after our team thoroughly clean each day, this is especially important for puppies and older dogs with lower immune systems or those pups with medical condiditons. While we could have opted for a lesser alternative, we absolutely never compromise on dog and staff health and safety.
