In order to provide our First Day dogs and owners with the time and care that they deserve, we only accept a limited number of new dogs each day. If your proposed date isn't available, our team will suggest alternatives. We welcome new dogs Tuesday - Friday.

Additional Services

Birthday Parties & Grooming bookings are not available to dogs on their first day. This allows us the opportunity to establish a positive relationship with the pup prior to them participating in any additional activities.

Is your dog desexed (if over 6 months)

In line with the current laws, all dogs over 6 months are required to be desexed. We are happy to offer desexing exemptions to puppies who have completed our 'Positive Puppy Pawgram' providing a Veterinary exemption letter is provided & ongoing behaviour is assessed for any changes. Entire adult dogs are not permitted to enrol.

Does your dog have a current C5 Vaccination?

It is an expectation of enrolment that all dogs are fully vaccinated and receive ongoing vaccinations as required. We also accept proof of annual Titre Test as an alternative to vaccination. We will contact your Vet on your behalf, prior to your dog's First Day to obtain proof of vaccination.

We let your dog determine how long their introductory visits will last; some dogs will absolutely thrive with only a few hours, during their first visit/s, while others will manage a whole day without becoming too overwhelmed.
